Seated shoulder press with stick
Sit upright in a chair or on a bench or box.
Holding a stick in both hands, bend your elbows and bring the stick up to your shoulders.
Press the stick up above your head.
Hold briefly and then lower the stick back to your shoulders.
Repeat for the required number of repetitions.
