Seated shoulder scaption with dumbbell
Sit upright with a dumbbell in the hand of your affected arm.
Keeping your elbow straight, lift your arm diagonally out to your side until your arm is parallel with the floor.
Ensure you do not hunch your shoulder or lean your body as you do this.
Control the movement as you lower back down.
Required equipment: Bench, Dumbbell, Weights, free, Chair
