Sit upright with your hands on the handles, your elbows should be bent to a 90 degree angle.
Ensure that you have selected the correct weight and that the machine is adjusted.
Contract your triceps, pushing down and straightening your arms.
Hold briefly and then slowly let your arms return to the starting position.
