Seated trunk rotations (adaptive)

Sit on a chair with your feet flat on the floor.
Clasp your sound hand around the base of your residual limb and straighten your arms forwards.
Rotate your body around to one side, turning your head with the movement.
Return to the center, and then repeat to the other side.
