Seated weight shifts - lifting pelvis ('ADL' Bed mobility - sitting, shifting weight to side, lifting pelvis)

Sit upright on a firm surface with your feet hip width apart.
Lean your weight onto one side of your pelvis, and lift the opposite side of your pelvis slightly off the chair.
Aim to keep your body upright at your shoulders, rather than leaning over.
Hold this position before repeating on the other side.
