Self massage to posterior cuff and deltoid in flexed standing (Shoulder extensors, posterior rotator cuff/deltoid massage, standing)

In a standing position, lean forward and let your affected arm hang loosely in front of you.
With some cream on your opposite hand, reach your arm through between your body and your arm so that your hand touches the side of your upper rib cage.
Work the cream into this area, focussing on any tender spots you might feel.
Hold the pressure on these areas until you feel it release.
