Semi-tandem foot balance (Balance, tandem semi stance)

Stand up straight and place one foot slightly further ahead than the other.
The heel of your front foot should be in line with the arch of you back foot.
Keeping your feet touching ensure you spread your weight evenly across both feet.
Hold this position for as long as you can.
You may like to have a wall or work surface nearby to help you to balance.
