Serratus punch in crook - bilateral (Scapular protraction strengthening, reaching arms to ceiling, supine)

Lie on your back with your legs bent and feel flat on the floor.
Raise your arms up towards the ceiling, ensuring your palms face in towards one another.
Keeping your body on the floor, reach your fingertips towards the ceiling as far as you can go.
Ensure you do not lift your head or upper back up.
The movement should come from your shoulder blades.
Keeping your arm straight, lower your shoulder blades back down, and then repeat.
