Serratus Wall Slide with Foam Roller

Stand facing a wall with your wrists against a foam roller at shoulder level with your palms facing each other. Lengthen and align your body through your heels to the top of your head.

Gently lean towards the roll while allowing your forearms to roll up. Slowly return to the starting position.

Note. Keep your shoulders down and maintain width across your chest and upper back.
