Shoulder abduction - standing with dumbbells (Shoulder abduction overhead (bilateral) strengthening free weight, in standing; 01)
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
Pull your shoulder blades back and down towards your backside.
Contract your glutes and keep your stomach tight.
Abduct your shoulders 180 degrees until the weight is directly above the crown of your head.
Lower the weight back down to the starting position.
