Shoulder abduction stretch, hand up the wall (Shoulder adductors stretch, sliding hand up wall, standing; 01)
Stand by a wall with your affected arm closest to the wall.
Place the fingers of your affected arm on the wall.
Walk your hand sideways up the wall as far as you can.
Make sure you do not hunch at your shoulder.
Lean into the wall to increase the stretch.
