Shoulder stabilization in abduction with bodyblade

Shoulder stabilization in abduction with bodyblade

Stand upright with feet hip width apart.
Hold a body blade in the hand of your affected arm.
Keeping your elbow straight, raise your arm up until it is parallel with the floor.
Keeping your shoulder in this position, slightly bend and straighten your elbow; this will cause the body blade to wobble. Then hold.
The quicker you perform this movement the harder it will be to stabilise.
