Shoulder depression - swimming action in prone

Secure a looped resistance band under your foot and loop it over the top of your same side shoulder.
Lie on your front on top of a stability ball and ensure there is tension in the resistance band.
You may need to place your feet against a stable object such as a wall or stable box for balance.
Then, with the resistance band to pulling your shoulder downward, perform a swimming action with your arms.
Continue for as long as advised.
