Shoulder extension on all fours (with dumbbell)

Start on your hands and knees with your hands under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
Hold dumbbells in each hand.
Bring one arm behind you and lift the dumbbell towards the ceiling.
Slowly lower the arm and repeat.
During the exercise, keep your lower back in a neutral position.
