Shoulder extension in stand with stick (Shoulder extension AAROM with stick behind, in standing; 01)

Stand up straight holding a stick in both hands behind your back.
Using your unaffected hand to assist, lift the stick directly back and away from your hips.
Control the movement as you bring your arms back to the starting position, and repeat.
