Shoulder external/internal rotation AROM, arm at side, extended, standing

Stand in an upright position.
Keep your shoulder blades back and down and rotate your arms outwards, keeping your elbow loosely by your side and your shoulder blades in a good position.
Then rotate your arms inwards
Control the movement back to the start position and then repeat.
