Shoulder flexion/extension on all fours - stability ball

Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
Place your arm onto a gym ball out to your side.
Roll the ball forwards as far as you can.
Slowly roll the ball near your shoulder and return to the starting position.
Repeat the movement.
