Shoulder Flexion (Dumbbell)
Start in a standing position, holding a dumbbell in each hand. With arms straight alternately move your arm up until you reach shoulder-level. The back of your hands should point up. Keep your shoulders down. Be sure to stand upright and stabilize your body by keeping your stomach tight!
Stabilize your trunk to avoid rotation.
