Shoulder Flexion Table Slide

Sit in a chair beside a table.
Elbow will be bent to 90 degrees with forearm resting on table with your thumb pointing up.
Height of chair and table should allow shoulder to sit in a comfortable neutral position.
Slowly slide arm forward maintaining contact between your forearm and the table.
Slide arm back into the starting position, and repeat for designated number of times.
