Shoulder flexion with internal rotation against a wall
Stand in the middle of a doorway and place the palm of your hand on the frame.
Place a small towel or a plastic bag between the palm of your hand and the door frame.
Apply gentle pressure with the palm of your hand.
When ready, simultaneously slide your hand upwards maintaining the gentle pressure as you take a step forwards with either leg.
Return to the starting position.
