Shoulder flexion with isometric IR

Stand with your legs hip width apart, elbows bent to 90 degrees by your side.
Hold a ball between your hands.
Squeeze the ball between your hands and continue to do so throughout the movement.
Keeping your elbow bent, lift your arm up until your upper arms are parallel with the ground.
Control the movement as you lower back down and then relax.
