Shoulder Flexion with Resistance Band - Full range

Stand tall with one foot slightly in front of the other.
Place a resistance band under your front foot and hold the other end in your hand under slight tension.
When ready, pull forwards and upwards on the band with your arm straight.
Return to the starting position in a controlled manner.
Repeat.
