Shoulder gridle stability on all fours - picking up a ball

Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
Press your hands towards the floor.
With one hand lift a ball and hold it for a moment.
Then place it back on the floor and pick it up using your other hand.
Try to keep the rest of your body still.
