Eccentric shoulder horizontal adduction with dumbbells (chest) (Shoulder horizontal adduction strengthening eccentric with dumbbells (bilateral), arms to ceiling in supine; 01)

Lie on your back on an bed holding a set of weights.
Start with your upper arms out to your side, your elbows bent and with your forearms pointing up to the ceiling.
Push the weights towards the ceiling, straightening your elbows.
Keeping your elbows straight, slowly lower the weights out to your sides.
Return to the start position and repeat.
