Shoulder hugs (adduction/IR)

Stand tall with your arms at your sides.
With your neck long, hug your arms across your body taking hold of your opposite shoulder blade.
Allow your shoulder blades to travel around the sides of your rib cage.
Stretch your arms out to your sides, pulling your shoulder blades together.
Repeat the movement at a steady pace, hugging, then stretching wide.
Keep your neck long throughout the movement.
