Shoulder Internal/External Rotation (Stick)

Lift one arm up over your head and reach the opposite arm down and hold a pole or towel in your hands behind your back.

Work your hands towards each other by walking the top hand down the pole and the other hand up the pole. Try and touch your hands together.

NOTE: Keep your head up straight and make sure your elbow of the upper arm is pointing to the ceiling. Stretch only to the point of initial discomfort. KEEP ON BREATHING.
