Shoulder Mobility in a Forward Lean

Sit on a chair without armrests.
With feet placed wide apart.
Clasp your hands together and interlock your fingers with wrist against wrist.
Bend forwards and down towards the floor, with your arms/elbows between your knees.
Hold at the bottom and then rise and relax.
