Shoulder Mobility with hands on stability ball (in kneeling)

Kneeling on a mat, place your hands on a stability ball in front of you.
Roll the ball in one direction with the opposite hand crossing the midline to reach and stretch the shoulder muscles.
Then roll the ball to the other side and swap hands.
Keep the ball under control and do not over reach.
