Shoulder press with weights - slow eccentric phase (Wheelchair)

Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a pair of dumbbells at your shoulders in the press position, with your palms facing forwards.
When ready, press the weights overhead ensuring your arms are fully locked out.
Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to your shoulders.
