Alternating shoulder press with weights (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a pair of dumbbells at your shoulders in the press position, with your palms facing forwards.
When ready, press one weight overhead ensuring your arm is fully locked out.
Lower the dumbbell back down to your shoulder and repeat.
