Shoulder press with weights with slow eccentric phase - single-arm (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Hold a dumbbell at your shoulder in the press position, with your palm facing forwards.
Use your other hand for stability.
When ready, press the weight overhead ensuring your arm is fully locked out.
Slowly lower the dumbbell back down to your shoulder and repeat.
