Shoulder Rocks (JEMS)

Start: Hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
Press out through the top of the head.
Press gently through the heels of the hands into the floor.
Movement: Maintaining the impulse of pressing out through the head and into the heels of the hands, move your sitting bones back towards your heels.
Return back to the starting position.
