Shoulder shrugs with dumbbells - Shoulders abducted
Stand holding dumbbells in both hands, with your arms by your side.
Lift your elbows to the sides so that the dumbbells are close to your hips.
This is your starting position.
Then lift your shoulders straight up and slightly back and hold for a second or as long as prescribed.
Then relax your shoulders back to the starting position and repeat.
