Side lying scapula depression (Scapular position too high - retraction/depression, side lying)
Lie on your good side with a pillow supporting your head.
Rest your arm down your side with your elbow bent and a towel between your arm and your side.
Gently draw your shoulder blade down and back.
The movement is small.
Hold this position and relax.
