Side-lying shoulder abduction (AROM)

Lie on your good side with your knees bent with your affected arm on top of your hip.
Place your weaker arm on your top hip with your elbow straight, hand pointed towards your feet.
Lift your arm into the air so that your arm points up to the ceiling.
Hold this position before slowly lowering your arm back down to your hip.
