Side plank on knees with hip abduction - version 3

Lie on your side with your lower knee bent and upper leg straight and aligned with your body. Lift your upper body supported on your forearm with the shoulder directly above the elbow. Lift your hips up.
Lift your upper leg with your knee straight.
In a controlled manner lower your leg to tough the floor and repeat.
