Side stepping along a support (Hip abduction strengthening - walking to side, behind chairs)
Stand up straight in front of something sturdy, such as a wall or work surface.
Step one leg to the side, taking your weight onto it, then step the other leg in to join it.
Continue this sequence so that you effectively walk sideways.
Ensure your posture remains upright and your gaze is ahead and not at the floor.
