Sideways Jump and Single-leg Landing on Mini Trampoline
Start by standing next to the trampette.
Stand on your outside leg in a mini squat position.
Hop onto the trampoline landing on one leg. Try to gain your balance immediately after landing, without hopping. Maintain good alignment of your hip-knee-toes.
Step off the trampoline and repeat.
