Single-arm dumbbell bench press

Lie on your back on a bench holding a dumbbell in one hand at your shoulders with your palm facing down to your feet.
Straighten your other arm towards the ceiling for balance.
Keep your hips and shoulders on the bench and slightly arch your thoracic spine.
Press the weight straight up over your shoulder and fully straighten your elbow.
Lower the weight back to the starting position and repeat.
