Single arm dumbbell bicep curl – Adaptive

Complete this exercise with your prosthetics on.
Hold a dumbbell in one hand and turn your palm to face inwards.
Keep your upper arm in place and bend your elbow.
Bring the dumbbell towards your shoulder and then in a controlled manner lower them back down.
