Single-arm dumbbell biceps curl - palm facing forwards

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and arms relaxed by your side.
Hold a dumbbell in one hand and turn your palm to face forwards.
Keep your upper arm in place and bend your elbow.
Bring the dumbbell towards your shoulder and then in a controlled manner lower it back down.
