Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart holding a dumbbell in one hand. Palm facing inwards.

Bend your elbow and bring your palm towards your shoulder.
In a controlled manner, return to the starting position.
Ensure the movement remains within your arms and you are not using your hips or shoulders.
