Single-arm front raise - Full range (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Allow your arm to hang by your side near your wheel hub hold a dumbbell in your hand.
When ready, keep your elbow straight and then left your hand above your head leading with your thumb.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
