Single-arm Hammer curl in standing (brachioradialis)

Start in a standing position with your arms by your side. Hold a weight in your affected hand with your palm facing your side.

Keeping your thumb facing forwards and on top throughout the movement, bend your elbow bringing your hand up towards your shoulder.
In a controlled manner return to the starting position.
Ensure the movement remains within your arms and you are not using your hips or shoulders.
