Single-arm lateral raise – bent elbow (Wheelchair)
Sit in your wheelchair with your feet resting on the footrests, and ensure the brakes are applied.
Tuck your elbow into your side with a dumbbell in your hand and your palm facing inwards.
When ready, keep your elbow bent and lift your arm out to your side to shoulder height.
Return to the start position, and repeat.
