Single arm serratus punch in standing ("Serratus punch" Scapular protraction strengthening (unilateral), standing)

Stand up straight.
Raise the arm you would like to exercise horizontally in front of you.
Keeping your arm straight, punch your arm forward, reaching from your shoulder blade.
Your body should not rotate, your shoulders should face directly forward.
Bring your arm back to the starting position, and then repeat at a moderate pace.
