Single arm banded shoulder press - Adaptive (Upper limb unilateral amputee)

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Securely attach one end of a resistance band to your prosthetic limb.
Place the other under your same side foot.
Bend your elbow and bring your hand to your shoulder, palm facing forwards and make sure there is tension in the band.
This is your starting position.
When ready, push your hand directly up towards the ceiling, reaching as high as you can whilst keeping your shoulders level.
Control the movement as you return to the starting position and repeat.
