Single-arm sit up with weight ("Sit up" Core/abdominal strengthening, with dumbbell, arm overhead; 02)

Sit on a mat with your knees slightly bent and holding a weight in one hand.
Raise the arm overhead and lean back to do a sit up, keeping your back straight.
Keep the weight directly overhead throughout the exercise.
