Single-Arm Wall Push Up (Ball)

Stand with one foot forward. Keep your back straight. Place a ball between your hand and a wall. Control your shoulder position. Bend your elbow and lean your body weight onto your hand via a controlled movement. Then, straighten your elbow to return to the starting position. Control your shoulder position throughout the exercise.
