Single-leg Balance with Toe Pointing

In standing, lift your leg and point your foot forward to touch the target, return to standing.
Lift your leg and point your foot to the side to touch the target, then return to standing.
Lift your leg and point your foot back to touch the target, then return to standing.

Note: Keep your hips level throughout the movement.
