Bridge with single leg calf raise

Lie on your back with your knees bent and your legs hip-width apart. Place both feet flat on a step. Lift your hips into a bridge, keeping your knees hip-width apart. Straighten one leg out in front of you and hold it lifted. Staying in the bridge, raise the heel of the supporting leg, then slowly lower it back down. Repeat, keeping your hips high throughout.
