Single-leg calf raise

Stand on one leg on a weight plate or board.
The ball of the foot is on the edge and heel is hanging off.
Take support if needed.
Rise on to your toes, keeping the weight evenly on inner and outer side of the foot.
In a controlled manner, lower your heel back down.
Keep your knee straight during the exercise.
